Just what I wanted!
Was looking for a keyboard tray that tilts to adjust height, this one is perfect. This one is sturdy, wide enough to fit a keyboard, mouse and cell phone. Installation is easy, wrist rest is really nice. Would purchase again!

Exactly What I Needed
This tray is sturdy, it easily adjusts up and down without any knobs (knob is used for degrees of tilt but not adjusting height up and down). It slides smoothly, fits my larger keyboard and mouse on the platform, and still hides completely under my desk. The wrist rest is not fixed and makes it easy to clean, but stays put when I'm typing. Exactly what I needed!

Missing two screws, bad instructions
there is something called an end cap, which you can see in the pictures, but it is missing two screws and no real instructions on how to place it. For something that costs about $200 it should include WRITTEN instructions besides a picture with only one sentence in 5pt font. Design and functionality- great. Quality control, not so great
I love this keyboard drawer. I bought this to upgrade an older lock knob style (not 3m) drawer. This one glides pretty smoothly, and the keyboard adjusts very easily. I am putting this away multiple times a day, and it is so much easier then the twist lock knob style. Well worth it
Very Happy with it. Instructions could have been better explaining that the weight of the keyboard tray will hold the arm in place since there is no locking knob. Overall very well worth the price
