I don't know why anyone would use anything other than latex-free rubberbands. Besides the allergic issue, they don't dry up and break!

Orange Rubber Bands
We use these to hold rope on our chairs at our church so we can do distancing during masses. They are the only rubber bands that have worked because of the quality.
