Boxes arrived damaged and incomplete
Boxes filthy and busted open. Reams inside busted open with dirt inside reams! Still waiting for second carton to arrive ordered 3/27! box was dropped on floor and left a pile of dirt! Unacceptable!

Paper quality unsatisfactory
The weight of the paper is excellent. Unfortunately, the paper has marks in it. It looks as if there had been recycled paper used, and some of the debris was left in. I thought Hammermill was dependable. .
