Love it!
I purchased this chair for my home office without seeing it in the store. It's extremely comfortable. The synchronized tilt maintains support while reclining. The chair is well made and should last for many years. It was easy to assemble without referring to the instructions. It was easier to attach the seat back after the seat was attached to the base.

Poorly constructed back
Steel bar protrudes into back as mesh provides no support. Very uncomfortable. Returned all 6.

Love it!

Great economical chair
Easy to put together everything just fit together correctly. Very comfortable for desk work.

Poor Quality
The quality of these chairs does not hold up - the cushions flatten very quickly and the hydraulics that hold the chair up will fail within a few months so you will slowly slink to the ground on a daily basis.

Chair is Awesome!
The office chair was even better than described. It is everything a secretary needs for comfort and support while working all day. It looks great too. Love the support and "fit" it gives.

The chair is very comfortable

Comfortable
I have had back surgery and neck surgery. This chair has made sitting at my desk for hours at a time more comfortable.

Looks good but offers no support.
Ordering an office chair online is like entering the lottery Chairs take up too much floor space in staples stores. So consumers are forced to order online. I waited over two weeks for this chair to be delivered. Now i am unable to dissaemble it for a return pick-up. HON office furniture is low grade junk.

Happy Husband!
I bought this for my husband's office for Christmas. He has only used it one day now but said it was very comfortable. I'm happy with purchase. Thought the quality was excellent!

I would buy this item again
This chair is great. It has awesome back support. I also bought the taller chair for our drive-thru at work and it is awesome we all fight over it!!

will buy another when I get more money
could not find new wheels for my old shop chairs so I ordered this one. wanted something durable and comfortable and would roll freely. Found all in this one. The more I use it the better it sits.

one woman seven men
This chair is very comfortable. I am in a office full of men and they rarely notice anything. Everyone of them has sat in this chair and they all want one now!!!

Great Chair
Bought the chairs for the front desk. We have 3 secretaries using the chairs and they are very please with them. I like them since the chair is right for the place.

Not exactly what we expected
This is my office work chair at the check out station and I sit in it all day long. It starts out feeling comfortable but as the day goes on it gets uncomfortable. The picture when I ordered had arms on it. The chair I received did not have those arms. I was desperate for a new chair as my old one had broken otherwise would have sent this one back.
