good quality and quantity price a little high
I needed a 9V battery for a smoke detector. I was at BJs and they had an 8-pack for $20. No smaller packages' thought that was way too many and having batteries sitting around they gradually go bad. So I skipped BJs quantity pack. At Staples I saw a 4-pack for $15. So I bought that although I thought that I could have gotten 4 more batteries at BJs for just $5 more (...

Good until 2028?
I bought these name brand batteries because my smoke detector needed a new battery. I have changed it out with a less famous one. Two days later the smoke detector is beeping at me. I got these copper top batteries because the package said "good until 2028". Two days later the smoke detector is beeping again. So they are not good until 2028. Why spend the extra $$$?

Staples is great
I have 5 smoke detectors and one was going off I took them down one by one t r ringtone find out which was alarming. Well I decided to get replacement batteries at Staples. Their products are fresh and guaranteed and next time I can replace them all at the same time.again.

Batteries
We use a lot of these batteries in our smoke detectors. We prefer Duracell batteries. Duracell batteries are more reliable than other batteries.
