Fails to keep beverage(s) hot. :(
This item was purchased to hold hot water for hot tea or hot cocoa. Unfortunately 20-minutes after the water has gone through the Bunn Unit it is barely tepid. I like the size of the insulated decanter; however if it is unable to keep water hot it doesn't serve the purpose intended.

Hot all day

Great product
We use this to keep a pot of coffee/tea hot so the coffee maker can be used for a second pot. Keeps beverages piping hot for hours. Most useful feature is it will hold an entire 12 cups from our coffee maker carafe.

Great product

Terrible Carafe - Do Not Use
#1. Does not keep coffee hot. #2. Can't tell how much is left. #3. When low hard to pour often spills everywhere. #4. Must be very careful when brewing or will not brew though top. #5. Does not keep coffee hot. #6. Cannot put in dishwasher. The construction is sturdy but otherwise I give it a D.
