JC WaterWeld seems to hold
It has again only been 3 weeks, but what I have tried it on, it is holding. I tried it on a drainage pipe.

Filling holes in fiberglass boat.
It did the job pluged 3/8 dia. holes in GRP. Installed new motor mount that had different hole spacing. Had to drill new holes and fill in the old ones .A lot easier than mixing epoxy in a cup and adding thickener to it.
