Not foil enhanced!
It is NOT foil enhanced like it states. No foil anywhere. Just ink. Disappointed.

The use of the word "foil" led me to believe that the border was shiny like foil
If the description "foil" wasn't used, I wouldn't have purchased these certificates at this time. However, the certificates are nice, just not what I was looking for at this time.
I would recommend if you're not looking for a real foil border.

First time use, very nice!
This was the first time we've used the parchment certificates. They were used to provide Certificates of Election and were well made and looked quite professional.

My favorite certificates!
We use this design for our church members who complete courses toward membership & Biblical training! Everyone loves the design and, although they're very simple, they come out so fancy looking.
