easily broken
These frames broke very easily. I suggest not buying unless you like to glue a lot.

Exactly what I needed.
Not only are the frames just what I was needing and were as advertised but I placed my order on Tuesday and the frames were delivered on Wednesday. From what the UPS delivery person told me this is not unusual. well done folks!!

Document Frame
I was impressed by the quality of the frame based on the price I paid for the frame. Most document frames that are lower in price are usually flimsy. As well some frames you have to snap together. Total Junk!
I wish there was a "minus" stars I could give this product. When received them three were broken and now one of the remaining ones we kept is broken. I wouldn't purchase this product and I would recommend Staples take it off of their website and out of the store for purchase. We purchased them because we wanted to keep the expenditure low for this purchase. Well key...

I would NOT buy this product again.
We ordered 5 of these frames 2 of the frames (not the glass) were broken. We reordered replacements and they were also broken. I would not purchase these again.

poor quality
We purchased 4 of these online and when they arrived all 4 were broken. There was no protection whatsoever in the box so all of the frames were cracked or broken. I had to return them and find something elsewhere.

" Poor Product"
Not Worth a dime. Very poor product and you all didn't even wrap them from getting broken. The frames were just tossed in the box and a couple were broken so I had glass everywhere.

Not happy
It is very difficult to insert the document and replace the backing; also does not hang easily because the cardboard backing is flush with the hanger.

I would not buy again

Mostly Broken
Ordered 36 frames. Had to return and reorder 3 times to get 35 frames that were not broken in transit. Frame quality is fine. Packaging for shipping from Quill was horrible every time. Spent a couple of hours calling for replacements packing broken frames for returns. And our bookkeeper will probably have to spend an additional hour or so sorting through the multiple o...

Broken in Shipment
I bought 3 of these frames because they were cheap. I expected cheap construction but it was good enough to frame a piece of paper. All three frames arrived broken. Clearly not packed sufficiently for being thrown about by the shipping company. If these were available in the store I would purchase one but they are too flimsy to ship. Would not buy again
I purchased two of these frames for a simple one page document in each and both frames pulled apart at the plastic when I was getting the back off to insert the document the glass was chipped in the corner in one of the frames. Really poor contruction I will be returning them and would not recomend purchasing them.

Nice affordable frames
I purchased these to display copies of old pictures documents and memorialbilia. I really like the nice look they have and the glass instead of plastic covering. I am skeptical about the plastic clips on the back that holds it all in but they seem to be holding up well.
