Lock would not unlock
Staples delivery is great. The adjustable part worked fine. But was looking for one with a swivel movement. The lock for this would not unlock to allow the footrest to swivel. Took it back to my local staples store with no hassle.

Does the job
Only downside to the footrest is that it's big. Very wide. But it works well. I now have better posture with my feet resting at a better level.

good foot rest
I use this Foot Rest and it is very relaxing especially I am a short person. I have been looking for like this and it took for a long time to fined it.

Works great
Foot rest is pre-assembled so you just take it out of the box and use. It has a lever that makes it very easy to adjust up or down according to your preference.

Great Footrest
I love this footrest. It is easier to manipulate and feels sturdier than one from another brand that I had in the past.
