stake broke first use
I do not recommend this product. We purchased two signs and the stakes broke on both of them the very first time we put them in the ground.

Yard Sale sign

Perfect size

Gets the job done
The arrow sticker pulls off easily for reuse. The sign is durable and is easy to push into the ground. The only negative is that the sign is ribbed, so it makes writing on it not perfect. I wouldn’t use it as a formal sign, but for a picnic or something more casual it’s perfect.
