Damaged goods
I purchased this cartridge several months ago because I didn't want to run out of ink. It turned out that I purchased it a few months too early but I thought that this was okay because I just left it in its box waiting until I did run out of ink. Awful
Do not buy this. It takes very long to start printing, the paper falls all over the place, it has constant errors, it’s very loud, it gets very hot, turning it on and off is frustrating because you have to hold the button down for a long time.

Only HP please
There is no substitute for the proper ink replacement cartridge. Such a huge difference between non-HP and HP brand toners.

Old cartridge removal and new cartridge installation required a bit of fiddling to learn but was easy. Printer prints well and works like a charm as it has in the past.

THE ORIGINAL WORKS BEST
Never had any trouble with an HP cartridge like I have had with offbrand replacements. It maybe more expensive, but cheaper than throwing the offbrand out. This is my personal at home printer which I also use for a few organizations I belong to. Lasts me a couple of years.

It prints.
It prints, in black type, clearly. That's what it is supposed to do, and it does. Easy to open and install. A bit pricey; but fortunately toner cartridges last a lot longer than ink-jet printer cartridges, so they're more cost-effective.

HP toner
Toner us far too costly at your stores. You constantly send out coupons but they can't be used on toner. I'm tired of spending a fortune on toner from Staples, fortunately I found a much better price elsewhere.
