I purchased this cartridge several months ago because I didn't want to run out of ink. It turned out that I purchased it a few months too early but I thought that this was okay because I just left it in its box waiting until I did run out of ink. Can't work without it
I use my printer everyday, wear it out! I like how well the page looks and the easy installment of the cartridge. I just wish it last longer and wasn't so expensive. But I guess there is a price to pay for the clarity. I would recommend this to a friend.

Low yield
While HP claims that this unit will produce about 200 pages I have yet to get more than 1000 and usually get closer to 800 pages. I always run the cartridge until it starts streaking. The minder program starts telling me it is low on toner after about 200 pages. I print mostly text with 8 to 10 pages of graphs per cartridge. Print quality is always good.

service delivery is excellent
I can't get enough copies out of each cartridge and when the ink in the cartridge gets too hot it starts to stick together. when it does that it reports that the cartridge needs to be replaced only after 500 copies.

There no replacemnt for HP Laser toner
I tried "compatible" off brand laser toner in my HP printer. It was very bad unless you like fading letters or paragraph. Not to mention not knowinging how many prints will this off brand toner produce.
