Good Unit and Awesome Experience at Staples
Must be my 8th or 9th cartridge for this printer. Life is good, quality good, value above average. Staples clerk went out of her way to get me the online price rather than pay retail. Will definitely consider Staples for more stuff as a result.

I needed a new drum for my Brother laser printer. Once I found someone in the store who understood what I needed, he told me they did not carry that item. He did, however, order it for me and it arrived in 2 days. Well done.

The timing was very good from my order to receipt
of the drum. So far it's working perfectly, the only
reason for the four versus five star was it's much too soon to evaluate. Haven't used the product much yet.
