Very Happy with It
We ran 300+ copies with color on it and it didn't jam at all. we used the by-pass tray but not one issue with jamming.

Different paper sizes
The paper sizes were different. I bought standard paper size but a significant amount of the paper had different sizes that jammed the printer. I am not happy at all.

Limited supply
The store is clean and orderly. Staff greeted us and offered help. We needed nice professional thick printer paper for legal documents. There was only one opened box.
