BROKEN PRINTER RIBBON (P4030)
I keep at least 3 on hand since can't calculate when the printer ribbon runs out. Just opened a new ribbon to find it is broken doesn't reel. My order states I can not longer return it due to the return policy date. Also these ribbons do not turn red aren't marked to allow user to know when the ribbon is nearing the end. When it runs out it jams the printer & I am f...

Data Products printer ribbon
These ribbons are not top quality. The ribbon will get hung after a few printing times and then you have to manually roll it around to get it to print again. Will be sending these back.

The print quality is less
The print quality is less than optimal that is even new they don't print black but gray and even that is uneven in appearance. Appearance not really important for me because what I print is for my eyes only in that my purpose for printing it is to proofread material and only send corrections by email to the people I do the work for. Just as good as Brand Name
Starts to shred in machine without any warning. Most times in the middle of a project. However so does the brand name version. Price for this one keeps me coming back. Previous model ribbon started to fade first so you had time to change it.

good product
A good alternative to the Epson brand ribbon and much cheaper. I'm using my first one of these and so far it's of equal quality to the Epson ribbon. Have ordered more.

Great Value!
These ribbons generally provide a good sharp print for a long life. The ribbon will wear out and get fuzzy before it starts printing ligght. The fuzzball have to be blown out when the ribbon starts wearing in order to keep the printer from jamming up. Some of my printers heads wear the ribbons more than others. Print heads don't have to be replaced as often using these ...
