Unit was neatly packed and was easy to setup. Gets the job done.

It is fitted to small velcrow straps to short..should have two hooks for you can take bag off for you can leave it set up and hang from door otherwise you have to tie aloop and put it around the door handle and let it all hang then it to much obstruction for someone to run into

It is impossible for one person to put on. Original assembly is easy but difficult to attach after that.

Cervical pulley
I was a little disappointed on the bag that had to be filled with water instead of bags that were already filled with sand or pebbles or something permanent.
