Flawless transfer of my files and programs
I purchased a new computer, and needed help to transfer programs and data files from the old computer to the new one. I also purchased a bigger drive from Staples to install there. Never again.
I did not get any data backup and it took two trips to the store to get it transferred.

Fixed laptop
I brought my laptop in to be wiped of all info & put on my external hard drive so not to lose all information. Abeer was absolutely wonderful! She really helped me & was so kind. I would recommend Staples for laptop help to anyone.
