Fixed laptop
I brought my laptop in to be wiped of all info & put on my external hard drive so not to lose all information. Abeer was absolutely wonderful! She really helped me & was so kind. I would recommend Staples for laptop help to anyone.

Excellent Service
Another Staples store sent me there. The other store was too busy with other tech service project. This store could do the tech stuff right away. Only 20 minutes from my house.

Could not have asked for a better technician.
Thank you for the excellent work done by the Staples technician. Wow I was in a panic when my computer would not let me get in. And this was at the height of a major work project. I love Staples

Not what I expected
Rutland staples used to be more friendly and accommodating. I spoke with technician before stopping in and expected hard drive to be integrated onto my computer in a way that involved more than a download onto a desktop folder which was what I already had. It was not to be. The tech created and renamed another desktop folder but that was it. Also I drove 20 miles back h...
