EXCELLENT PRODUCT
I had to order this to pick up at my store and when I received it it was bent but the product itself is wonderful. I've gotten them before and they are pretty sturdy and well made. I had to put heavy books on them to flatten them back out but they did well.

Good Product but the shipping process was awful!
My ship to store order became a home delivery. Staples couldn't explain why the shipping method was changed but assured me that I would have the package the next day. Wrong. My online only item stayed on the couriers truck for 2+ days because my home is rural and off the beaten path. The item was exactly what I needed but it was not delivered in a timely manner.
