I use the heavy weight paper and it 'impresses" people I share meeting notes, outlines, etc. People don't expect that quality of the paper, and ooh and ahh a bit.

After years of excellent service in the copy department you no longer have a qualified tech with the departure of Lexus. No one is being trained and manager attitude sucks.

Love it
I find that this type and weight of paper reduces the fine lint that lower weighted papers cause. Also my ink goes much further.
