EXCELLENT TONER, BUT EXPENSIVE
The inability to override the "replace toner" message is the main problem. This is actually a failing of the HP LaserJet that uses this toner, but it's infuriating in the middle of a black-text document when it refuses to print, because the magenta toner is empty.

It does not give you 1400 copies
We have never gotten close to 1400 pages on any of the color cartridges more like 750.

Money saver
I had tried to save money by ordering the "generic" replacement cartridges and that was a complete waste of money. The on-line retailer would not take them back when I complained of muddy colors and issues with printing everything except black. HP for me from here on out - not worth the hassle and a waste of money to buy the generics.

Poor Cartridge Life
Printer cleans all cartridges even when printing black & white only. Each cleaning takes away over 60 pages of color and is UNACCEPTABLE. Because of this excessive depletion, I can NOT recommend this product to a friend.
