This is a quality product as it works as intended. I would recommend this product to others. I would give it 5 stars it this product was not so expensive.

All good! But would of rather had it available in the store when I stopped it to buy one but had to order one instead.

Blackest black ever
This black it’s like no other. So dark almost no white in it. I love printing solid sheets of all black it’s so black.

wanted two-pack had to settle for two higher priced individual cartridges
have noted that retail stores have short supplies on toner cartridges for older HP laser printer

Overpriced product
Ink cartridges are very over priced. The cartridges don't seem to last long (in general).

Personal service from the manager at Eric
We had personal service from the manager Eric. It was Great! Eric went out of his way for me ....such that if the HP toner cartridge did not pan out and correct my problem. I would go back to Staples to buy the brand new copier. The cartridge did fix my problem.Thanks for your professional help Eric!
