I needed a toner and thought I had the right one so I ask the associate Dottie if I had the right one she stopped what she was doing looked it I had the wrong one. She found the one I needed and even took me to the register rang up all my purchases for awesome customer service

YOU CAN TRUST HP to produce a reliable product
No generic toner is as reliable as an HP Toner...you can't go wrong despite having to pay extra. Just know that you get what you pay for!
