Ink order
The ink I needed was not in stock. Ordered at store and had it shipped. I received my order next day. Great support and awesome to deal with.

We usually buy the High Yield Ink however we did get the standard this time. We were having problems with our printer cleaned it a few times and now the ink level has gone down to 1/2. It showed full before we cleaned. so we have already lost 1/2 of the ink. Probably will not buy the standard again.

Routine Update of Home Office Supplies
Was able to find everything I needed. I did require the assistance of a very nice store employee in order to locate the printer ink cartridges however as they had been moved since my last store visit. Overall shopping experience: Excellent.

Bad Ink cartridges
All of the ink cartridges do not have the covers on the ink flow tubes. one of the black ones I tried and it is not working.

Works well for our purpose inexpensive.
This is a nice standard color ink specific to our company printer. Due to it's 'standard' yield size I feel it's just right to be priced down around ten dollars. Convenient ship to store pick up nearby us. Not sure if cartridge came full or empty
Doesn't reset ink volume gauge on printer which makes me wonder if it is full or empty. Also the yellow shipping cap on end of the cartridge was missing in the package.
