Confusing
I returned a pair of shoes in its original shoe box to Amazon. I had to buy a box from staples to put the shoebox in. The return message said “ no packing required” so not sure why I had to buy a box for the return shipment. Didn’t get a satisfactory answer from the Staples salesperson.

Cannon black toner
I bought a cannon ImageClass black and white printer 2 yrs ago from Staples and just now needed to replace Toner cartridge. Went in person to store and customer service quickly found it for me. I am happy with Staples and glad to shop at the physical store.

Great box
I needed to mail some stuff off and this was about the right size. Once I got home it was a bit bigger but it had a feature where you could cut it down the sides and make it fit up to three different sizes—I liked that it was easy to adjust to the size I needed without the box being messed up.

Packing matero
I was returning an item through UPS and needed a box to ship it in. This box was available off the shelf and was a perfect fit. The staff gave me the tape to use and the labeling and my item was shipped with these.
