Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

I have an HP printer and purchase my ink at Staples. The pros of the HP ink cartridge that I use, the 564 cartridge, is that the cartridge is very easy to replace in my printer. I do some occasional printing for a local snowmobile club that I belong too. This year they had asked me to print all our thank you flyer for our landowners. I needed to print only 40 pages. I've tried other ink cartridges and they have not given me the kind of color these have. I like that the cartridges are not messy and you don't have ink all over your hand when you try to install a new cartridge.

damaged goods
bought a multicolor 4 pack and 2 out of 4 did not work Brought them back to staples and could not get an exchange or a refund on this very expensive ink. Staples did give me $2.00 for each one on the recycle program. Very disappointed
