Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

HP Ink is great
I have never had problems with HP original ink. I tried other brands but all they did is clog up my printers.

Troubling purchase
My HP 7250 is old but working well. The screen diagnostics identified the cyan cartridge was empty. I originally bought this as a color cartridge set together and the others were still fine. I put in my new genuine HP cyan color cartridge purchased from the genuine HP STORE and it has not worked since. I also bought $140.00 in future cartridges along with the single cya...

Near empty cartridges
I received this , the Cyan and Yellow ink cartridges near empty . Nothing prints out because of lack of ink. I was disconnected 3 times from different chat reps and got nothing resolved. This and the trouble I had with my HP laptop and computer . I'm finished with HP!
