Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

Confused mislead by HP not Staples
Used to be that HP would place certain images on their boxes so you could get correct cartridge. In my cases ink 564 has two styles of black ink..one with a black bow tie on the cartridge below HP logo the other has a 5 sided hexagon image on cartridge below HP logo. Problem is when buying at store you can NOT tell which cartridge is inside the box which leads to ...

Maybe it’s my printer
I installed this ink in my printer and my printer has been having trouble ever since. I have been in contact with HP. We’re trying to figure out if it’s the ink or the printer. Usually I have no problems with this ink and I always get it from staples.

Item purchased was not correct. I needed the 564 XL black cartridge which was smaller in size. It use to come in package of four with the color cartridges. The manager said what he ordered was the only one offered by Staples. Very disappointing.
