Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

Runs out quickly!
I wish I would have done a little research on ink before we purchased our printer. I am always buying ink!!! I like the ink, but the cost of replacing the cartridge so often makes me wish we would have gone with another brand.

getting rid of my hp photosmart plus printer
Although the printer itself is fine, it is a bottomless money pit when it comes to ink. Therefore, I am canning my hp printer. I bought it on sale thinking in terms of a long term relationship. I do NOT recommend this printer due to extreme ink consumption, cost, etc. Fix it and you will have a solid product.

Decent product but a little pricey.
Wish the cartriges would last longer. I print as often as possible in "Draft or light" mode to save on ink. I think the cartriges should last a little longer for the cost/ price. Otherwise the quality and reliability is very good.

HP cartridges offer poor value per $$$$
You couldn't print 250 pages from one of these cartridges if your life depended on it, we get somewhere around 50-60 pages if we are lucky. Poor value for the money.

Nice, Very nice
I have used MANY Printers over the years, and this is my Favorite thus far. I just want the Cartriges filled to capacity so that I don't have to change them so often. I will Happily pay a bit more for the ink.....

Love my new printer, the ink-not so much
My staples does not carry this ink in a two pack like my previous printer. Also, I run out of ink so quickly and the only alternative is to buy the XL ink pack which isn't as good as the old ink packs. Lastly, the product wrap is difficult to remove and the plastic orange tab is very hard to snap off. Really, really dumb design.
