Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

Not dark enough
Maybe it's me? Tried using just black ink and it's horrible very light shade of soft gray. Adjusted printer settings still nothing. I'll take my chances at the store. Will not order on line.

Missing black cartridge from order.
I purchased four cartridges in late June. When the package arrived, it did not include the HP564 Black Original Ink Cartridge. It did contain the other three... yellow, cyan, and magenta. Please forward excluded black cartridge asap as the one I am using is very low.

Re-used cartridge?
I ordered all the ink for my HP printer and it took several tries for my printer to accept them. It kept saying that they were not original cartridges and then after using the black ink it went down to 50%. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of these ink cartridges. I feel like it's buyer BEWARE of what you will receive.

I WISH MY CARTRIDGES LASTED LONGER. UNFORTUNATELY WITH MY PRINTER I CAN’T USE THE DOUBLE SIZE ONES. I DON’T PRINT THAT MUCH EITHER. I ASSUME THEY DRY OUT WHEN NOT I. USE.
