Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

Subpar quality
None of the three cartridges i got work and the 4th you didn’t have any stock of. A big company like HP and you don’t have stock of basic printer supplies, that’s absolutely ridiculous. Im sending the black, magenta and cyan! Junk

I never got to use it since my printer would not function even with original ink cartridges
so I have purchased a Laser Jet HP printer to avoid having that problem again. I have also re turned all 4 of the ink cartridges to HP for recycling.

It did not fit in the black ink slot
The small ink cartridge was mis-labeled as it was large size like the photo xl.

overpriced and if you try to take apart your old ink cartridge and resupply it with more ink the printer won't recognize it.

I would like to be refund for the 5 HP4620
I'm using HP Cartridge for many years. But on april 30 and may5 ,I bought new cartridges HP4620 ,color &black. But the 2 black color cartridges did not work and the color cartridges work.
So I order a new printer HP 6255 and new cartridges
