Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

The ink is fine but my printer is not working so the ink was not needed. I enjoyed the ink and printer while it worked.

I bought this over a month ago after using another off brand will not use anything else but HP products!! Lesson learned:(

High price for ink.
Your price is outrageous for replacement ink. I can buy a new printer with ink for not much more than what you charge for replacement ink.

Great Ink
I've tried other inks and they do not work good in my HP Officejet 4620. The only ink that works great for printing pictures is the original HP ink.

Wrong picture
I rec’d the photo cartridge instead of the black cartridge because it was pictured incorrectly on the website. I exchanged it, but it was an inconvenience.
