Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

Perfect replacement.
Very quick delivery of the perfect fit black cartridge. I would order from them again. It may be my preference for purchasing ink cartridges, in fact. My only complaint is the confusion that the black cartridge that I purchased at a wear house store as a complete package of ink cartridges does not interchange with my printer, but the other cartridges were fine. My fault...

Excellent ink. Would not use generic. However, your ordering procedure is a mess. Too complicated. Sometimes the order duplicates itself and I have to cancel the duplicate. Make ordering procedure more simple to use.

Ink cartridge hard to open
Ink cartridge works fine, but the orange lever protecting the ink was difficult to release.

Awful
After installing, it wouldn't print properly. Streaking was bad. Did the deep cleaning option and now won't print black at all. Now we are probably going to have buy a new printer. So upset.
