Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

HP inks, and 564 cartridges specifically, do not deliver the number of pages stated. When paired with an HP printer, like my Photosmart, there is a constant "stirring" of ink so that it won't solidify. Why can't I buy just one color cartridge? Lately Staples wants me to buy the color cartridges as a pack with photo paper. Seems like a waste as I don't use photo paper.
