Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

i wouldnt buy this ink again
People are better off buying the XL ink then this one lasts longer then this...

possible bad cartridges
The ink cartridge didn't work well at all...while printing it would shoot out black dots..Would have taken it back but they would have given me hard time saying that I am swapping the old one for a new....

this is a very good black prinyer ink
I have a hp printer it was recmended i use hp ink this is a home personal computer pictures etc so this is what what i use with good results

Expensive but truly needed
When I bought my printer I thought I would have to order this product where I bought the printer. I am happy that I was able to buy it at Staples. It is more convenient for me and I like the fact that I can buy the black cartridge separate from the color cartridges. I would buy this product again and again
I use to take my empty ink cartridges to be refilled at local places trying to save a buck. That was a big mistake, I had nothing but problems with leaking and lines on the paper. Once I switch to OEM ink those issues went a way, and I am very happy!!

easy to use and install
I would recommend this product to anyone. The regular cartridge lasts for awhile but I would get the larger one if you need to print out a lot of stuff. In the long run it would be cheaper.

not a good deal
The 4620 printer uses this ink, and it does NOT go very far at all. I printed maybe 50 pages and had to replace all 4 cartridges, about $50. Not cost efficiend in any way, shape, nor form.

I always use original HP cartridges. They never fail to produce perfect results. I only wish they were more cost effective.

cost to much,
Ink is good but COST to much!!! I have to use it ,its the only ink (564) that works on my hp printer. Instead of lowing the price HP raised the price this year.I have tryed replacement ink will not work! The printer did not cost a lot, they lower the price of the printer but get you when you have to buy the ink!!!

Didn't work
I ordered all colors individually & the black is the only one that didn't work, I had to go to Staple's & buy a new one, which will be doing in the future..
