Hello Reid, Six sheets is a small amount of printing. I would have a similar opinion about a product if I had that experience. All hope is not lost on this cartridge. Unless the cartridge has been sitting out for months, it likely is not empty. Cleaning off any residue from the printhead and the copper contacts should eliminate the issue. I would use a wet cloth. Dried ink, dirt, dust, and even fingerprints can stop a cartridge from printing. Print cautiously to avoid running out of ink. Limit printing designs, photos, color prints, and specialty paper.
