Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

564XL
How many more characters will the XL print than the standard non-XL? My printer still won’t print. I will be glad to complete the survey if I get the hp printer to print.

Ink cartridges are too expensive!
The HP printer works fine but the ink cartridges are way too expensive and not ecologically disposable.

the ink is fine your offer of $5 or more off with a mystery offer not so good!
the ink is fine however i received an email saying surprise or something to that effect you are receiving $5 or up to either $100 or $1000 i cant remember so i went to the store and to my surprise you "HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING" TO FIND OUT WHAT YOU ARE GETTING DO NOT SEND THIS AGAIN AS I WILL NOT EVEN LOOK AT IT IF I AM INDEED COERCED INTO BUYING SOMETHING JUST TO FIND...

The first one I bought had a blue break off piece and would not print at all. I returned it and bought another one and it had the orange snap off piece as per usual and it works well as usual. I do wonder why the first one was ever put in the store to purchase as it was a strange one --- with a blue piece.

What exactly am I supposed to think about ink? Ink is ink. It's not a big deal It's just ink. Did that answer your question?

too Expensive
HP has gotten greedy.Thinking of dumping my HP printer.It just costs too much for ink cartridges

Good print cartridge....
I really like the extra large black ink cartridge for my HP printer BUT they are too expensive!! I am considering changing to adifferent printer in the future.

Unnesssary Purchase
I purchased a four pack of ink a few days before the above purchase. The black ink cartridge was bigger (made in China) than the cartridge (made in Malaysia) and did not fit correctly in the printer. After wasting more time trying to correct this problem I went and bought the above. Fortunately this one fit. I do not like the price and the cartridges seem to run out...
