Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

564XL toner ink
I use a lot of this and I find the XL longer lasting and have no problems with it ever.

Satisfied with quality of product however cost is high when considering how often cartridges need changing. I do not feel that I get enough performance for the cost.

Great printing

HP 564XL INK
Over priced and does not have the yield advertised... I have found that the comparable ink cartridges JARBO Smart Ink and JPC are just as good if not better and less than half the cost.The HP Ink High Yield seldom lasts longer than 100 pages before it starts to fade.I can not imagine why the HP ink is so expensive and so little yield

I'm getting the feeling that the cartridges are not full at the time of purchase. I've been going through these HP 564XL and other HP 564 cartridges at a rapid pace. Are you sure they are being fully filled prior to their delivery to Staples??? I'm spending hundreds on these and I can't understand why...At this point I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Having trouble when used in my Photosmart 6510 and 6520
Both printers are acting strange. The ink levels on my IMAC 24 shows ink at least HALF FULL with both printers BUT on the 610 I am getting nothing but yellow....and on the 6520 I seem to periodically get one page with black and color .....and then on subsequent pages....the BLACK fades out to nothing. I have had nothing but HQ printers but am thinking of trying anything...
