Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

I had let my ink credits expire. I mentioned it to cashier who in turn called his boss who activated the credit and put against the cost of my purchase. That made my day. The product does the job. It was the way the staff handled the situation that impressed me.

I have checked everywhere else I can think of for ink cartridges for my printer. Surely I could find a better price right? There is virtually no difference in price and what is lower is dubious in how dated it might be. I get great service at Staples. Sometimes there are better prices when there is a coupon. Makes copies
Don't know what you can really say about an ink cartridge except when I installed it my printer now makes copies clearly. Ink cartridges are too high in cost in my opinion and do not make enough copies for the cost of the cartridge. Would like for the individual color cartridges to be interchangeable with black ink cartridges but according to Staples employee they...

we are very happy with this ink
we have used this ink for quite awhile but now sorry that we had to get a new computer & 564 won't work in it

Pricey but good
These cartridges are a bit pricey but they work!Would be nice if HP reduced prices on all the toners / ink they would put the re-furbished options out of business.

I purchased the ink from staples and it was dried out. I had to return it. I was not happy with the product

Black ink cartridge
If you own this printer this is the ink you must use. It works until the ink dries out.

all good except the word CYAN which is unfamilier to me as a color.
Your ink is fine. The word Cyan is confusing until you get used to it as a shade of blue

Not enough
Your store was out of most of the 564XL colors and package combos that I went in to buy. Need to do a better job of reordering & stocking. My business went elsewhere.
