Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

Blkack Ink Cartridge
I purchased one; however I had to purchase a new printer due to the printer head on the HP Photosmart was gone.

Very good experience
I was given a printer with a 564 cartridge. The store sales person worked with me. The store sales person was very polite.

hp 564xl black ink cartridge
The HP 564xl cartridges both black and colors are very good. We have been using them for the last five years.I recommend them highly.

HP 564XL
Cartridge works great. I only gave it a 4 star due to the high cost compared to after market prices. A whole pack (all colors) can be had for the same 29.95 for just this HP 564XL cartridge. I purchased this one as I needed immediarely

Sharp black printing
No choice but to use this ink however it works well. Wish it were cheaper.

Always buy the high yield cartridge.
High yield is true so expectations were met. It would always be nice if they lasted longer. When I formerly bought the regular black cartridge I was unhappy with the yield results.
