Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

I bought this at Staples to get quality
HP 564 Black Ink Cartridge (CB316WN ...But my HP kept showing it as a bootleg cartridge (NOT Original HP) I am very disappointed

HP 564XL High Yield Cyan Original Ink Cartridge
HP ink is far too expensive, and my HP Photosmart Premium Printer, Fax Scanner Copier signals me to change the cartridge long before it runs out.

Have bought several CYAN in past.
Very difficult to remove orange open hook. Orange tear strip removes HP label on back of cartridge unless carefully cut off before it does.

Good product
Since I have an HP printer I'm restricted to using HP cartridges. I always get the XL cartridges which actually last longer than the regular cartridges. . Obviously I can't compare it to any other brand.
