Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

HP 564XL ink cartridges
I have used the XL cartridges for many years and they last a long time. But while the delivery was fast the cartridges were sent in a plastic bag this time instead of a cardboard box and some of the cartridge boxes were crushed in transit.

HP 564XL ink cartridges
I have used the XL cartridges for many years and they last a long time. But while the delivery was fast, the cartridges were sent in a plastic bag this time, instead of a cardboard box, and some of the cartridge boxes were crushed in transit.

Needs to be under a lower contracted price to be more competititve.
Prefer to use HP ink with my HP Photosmart 7520. However it needs to be under a lower negotiated contracted price to be more competitive. Keep getting suggestions for cheaper non-HP ink when checking out.

The last black cartridge we purchased had a major decrease in quality. It appeared to have air pockets requiring my wife to remove and shake. Noticed that the cartridges are made in China. I recall that fugi in New castle used to make them.

XL cartridges save money
I have started buying only the XL cartridges and in the long run they save money because you get a higher page yield without having to change cartridges as often. There are less cartridges to recycle so better for the environment.

Great value
These cartridges are somewhat expensive but after trying some cheaper ones are worth the extra money. As they say " You get what you pay for".
