Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

HP Ink - 564XL Black
The HP 564XL is worth the extra money over the HP 564; It has lasted twice as long as the HP 564 in both times that I have purchased the XL version. It has performed so well that I purchased the XL version in the yellow magenta and blue as well.

Works like a charm every single time
Seems as though you can't go wrong with HP cartridges. I purchase for our company and wouldn't use anything but HP.
