Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

When I put the new ink in the printer it did not work it would not print back and because it was open staples refused to Exchange

Not quite so high yield
Although this is sold as a high yield black cartridge I was disappointed by how quickly it ran out...and it's expensive!
