Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

My black ink cartridge works
My black ink cartridge works just fine and I always get good quality prints from these. Plus it lasts a long time

Convenient
This HP 564XL is convenient and is really high yield. Since I do lots of printing I rely so much on the great results that this ink make out of my projects.
