Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

Always a very good deal on ink when you buy it at Staples. Especially when you are using the reward points for purchasing ink and for returning the cartridges. I prefer using the XL ink cartridges; they really do seem to last a lot longer than the general ink cartridges. There's nothing worse than running out of ink when you are rushing to print something. Time Saver
I have to say that running out of ink is very distressing in the middle of a report or job and that this XL cartridge lasts so much longer than the smaller one. I have had very good luck with these cartridges they are easy to install.

I always purchase HP ink because the quality is excellent. It provides crisp clean images which is essential for my printing needs. I don't consider buying any other brand.

have had exceptional quality with the hp 564 xl black ink cartridge. ink seems to last a long time with many quality copies made. i print a lot of coupons and recipes online. very please with this product and with the hp printer

But the amount is not enough. Can't you make larger cartridges? And HP to make a printer for bigger cartridges.

XL is the economic option
I love my HP Photosmart Eprint printer but as with all printers the high cost of the ink cartridges are the expensive part of home printing. It makes good economic sense to buy those ink cartridges in the XL version as you get so many more sheets and characters printed per high yeild cartridge.
