Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

The box had been changed and at first I bought the wrong one. Brought it back and they were very good about getting me the right one. Two blacks and one always said XL. The other didn’t . Now it’s changed and I’m aware. I’m sure I’m not the only one to make a mistake.

Doesn’t function
I checked with a Staples Tech & was told my HP printer MAY be finicky due to the color cartridges bring low therefore the black even though it shows full is not printing. It’s a pain & it’s not working yet.

On the advice of the store manager in Waltham I purchased this cartridge. He gave me good information and I am happy with the product.

HP ink cartridge.
A little disappointed because black ink isn’t working . I got the package with colors and black. I still need another basic black cartridge I think . Hopefully when I get that one The black will work. Don’t understand why the other black doesn’t take over.

I purchased an HP ink cartridges for personal use. I needed a package with black and the other three colors and was glad to find it. Staples is well supplied to service my needs. I feel most people will find what they need there.

Dissatisfied that the item was not in stock in the store and I had to order it online and wait for it to be delivered. Also unhappy that the store in the Northwoods shopping center closed. It seemed to be much better managed and always had itmes in stock.

Not crisp
Easy to install. But the first 17 copies were not crisp. The black ink was smeared and blurred. The colors were good. The photo of food was very good. This purchase cost over $100. Not worth it. VERY expensive for a teacher to purchase.

This model is getting .more difficult to find. Glad Staple still carries it. But it is a bit pricey.

Ink for printer
I ordered what ink I needed for my printer on line so much easier then driving up to store at mall. I received the item in 2 days with no charge for shipping plus receiving a discount for on line shopping it was great.

Too Expensive. Also my HP Printers shows that there is still alot of ink in the report but it gives me the reading of an error that need to replace all cartridges.
