Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

Works great but turns out my printer was no longer working. Had to throw away 2 new ink cartridges. :(

I bought it cause that is all you had... I wanted the complete box with all the colors included.. hopefully next time I can get the all color inclusive...

HP 564XL Cyan
My old HP C410 printer requires the this cartridge and works proficiently and well. Have used this printer for 12+ years and same cartridge replacements for the duration and will not change.

I prefer 564XL but since it is no longer available at the stores near me I have to be satisfied with Best Available.
