Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

I only use HP cartridges - and the XL size gives me ink for a lot longer. I get great results from them.

Funny you shoud ask. I just replaced the prevous one with the new one. These cartridges are much too exensive though.

I wasn’t happy at all
The ink cartridge was either empty or filled with a low quality ink. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to replace a brand new ink cartridge from Staples with ink from a mail order company. I think I’ve purchased my last cartridge from Staples.

The xl ink from HP is the only way to go!
I have used other off-brand inks and I always come back to HP inks.

It s always a pleasure to shop at Staples. The cashier informed of a sale with a coupon I could take advantage of. I really like the new setup of a greeter telling me where to find the item I wanted. I also enjoy just looking at all the different products even if I don't buy them.
