Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

Damaged cartridge message
To God Be All The Glory. The cartridge messages appears "damaged" when I inserted it. I cannot use my printer without this Black cartridge.

Hp 564 ink cartridges
Staples was the only place that carried the cartridges I needed. They were a lifesaver !

Great value
Since I use so much black ink in my printer it’s great and convenient to purchase the xl cartridge. Saves time and aggravation of having to stop and run to the store! Wonderful service!

Prints flawlessly
Have be sold imitation HP cartridges from big box store and was very disappointed. After time ink clogged and smeared. So far this seems to be the real thing and prints crisply.

High Yield HP 564XL
There is not such thing as "high yield" cartridges for my HP printer. The ink is used up so quickly it is astonishing and quite expensive. I actually try very hard NOT to print anything. I could have bought 50 new printers with all the ink I have had to purchase since owning this printer. Just because HP calls these "high yield " clearly doesn't make it a true statem...

Re-used cartridge?
I ordered all the ink for my HP printer and it took several tries for my printer to accept them. It kept saying that they were not original cartridges and then after using the black ink it went down to 50%. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of these ink cartridges. I feel like it's buyer BEWARE of what you will receive.

Didn't solve my problem
Bought the cartridge because printer wasn't printing black type. Discovered print head was bad - bought new printer.

I WISH....
I WISH MY CARTRIDGES LASTED LONGER. UNFORTUNATELY WITH MY PRINTER I CAN’T USE THE DOUBLE SIZE ONES. I DON’T PRINT THAT MUCH EITHER. I ASSUME THEY DRY OUT WHEN NOT I. USE. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT ITSELF IS VERY GOOD. IT PRINTS FINE COPIES ON MY INK JET PRINTER AND BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS.
